Each learner takes AI Clarity Professional — a four-week course covering all seven machine-side failure patterns (M1–M7), all ten human-side failure patterns (F1–F10), the seven specific interventions that break each pattern, and the compounds that form when machine and human failures combine.

The course includes a self-assessed Vulnerability Profile, sector-specific risk briefs across 22 sectors, a peer-reviewed Practice Document submission, a 15-question final assessment, and a verifiable four-tier certificate (AI Strategist · Pattern Master · Growing Practitioner · Foundations Set). Approximately 12–15 hours of learning, self-paced over four weeks. Available in 11 languages.

Every certificate is verifiable at a public URL — for inclusion in CVs, training files, or audit submissions.

What you get as the buyer

A manager dashboard with magic-link sign-in, no password storage. Per-seat tracking, completion rates, average time-to-completion, anonymous cohort vulnerability distributions (so you can see which patterns your team is collectively most exposed to, without seeing individual scores).

Bulk CSV invite with per-row failure handling. You upload a list of email addresses; the system handles invitations, retries, and reporting back which ones bounced or were already enrolled.

Article 50-compliant export. Training records, certificate IDs, dates, languages, sectors, and learner pseudo-IDs — exportable as CSV or PDF for inclusion in your compliance file.

Audit trail. Every cert issued, revoked, seat reassigned, or learner data export is logged with timestamp and actor. Retained for seven years.

Sub-processor list and DPIA. Published and version-controlled. EU-resident infrastructure throughout (Cloudflare workers in EU edge, Neon Postgres in eu-west-2 London). UK GDPR-compliant. DSAR runbook in place with 24-hour acknowledgement and 30-day fulfilment.

Invoicing. Card or invoice billing accepted for all team tiers. Net-30 terms available on request for teams of 50+ seats.

On Article 4 of the EU AI Act

Article 4 came into force on 2 February 2025. It requires that providers and deployers of AI systems take measures to ensure their staff have a sufficient level of AI literacy, with consideration given to the technical knowledge, experience, education, and training of those staff.

AI Clarity Professional is structured to serve as evidence under Article 4. The course teaches:

The mechanisms by which general-purpose AI systems produce incorrect or misleading outputs (the M-codes)
The cognitive and behavioural patterns that lead human users to accept those outputs uncritically (the F-codes)
The specific interventions that mitigate each failure mode
Sector-specific risk awareness across 22 sectors

The four-tier certification documents the level of competence each learner has demonstrated. The verifiable public URL provides an externally auditable record. The manager dashboard's Article 50 export provides the documentary trail for inclusion in a compliance file.

We're not lawyers, and we don't claim AI Clarity Professional is a certified or accredited training under any specific national regime. We do claim — and have structured the product to support — that completion of Professional represents a meaningful, documentable training event that can be cited as part of an Article 4 literacy programme.
