AI literacy for teams — built to be defensible.

A four-week course, a verifiable certification, a manager dashboard, and an Article 50-compliant audit trail. For the people responsible for making sure their team actually knows what it's doing.

If you're reading this page, you're probably one of three people.

You're an HR or Learning & Development lead who's been asked to source AI literacy training because the EU AI Act's Article 4 came into force and senior leadership wants something they can point at. You need a real artefact — not a webinar, not a generic e-learning module — that holds up under audit.

You're a compliance officer building the documentation file. You need training records, sub-processor lists, retention schedules, and exports that map cleanly to Article 50 reporting requirements. You want the vendor to have already done the work, not promise it.

Or you're a team lead — engineering, legal, marketing, consulting — watching your team use AI tools daily without a shared framework. You've seen incidents happen quietly, work go out the door with mistakes nobody caught, and you'd rather train the team properly than wait for the first public failure.

AI Clarity Professional is built for all three.

What the team experiences

Each learner takes AI Clarity Professional — a four-week course covering all seven machine-side failure patterns (M1–M7), all ten human-side failure patterns (F1–F10), the seven specific interventions that break each pattern, and the compounds that form when machine and human failures combine.

The course includes a self-assessed Vulnerability Profile, sector-specific risk briefs across 22 sectors, a peer-reviewed Practice Document submission, a 15-question final assessment, and a verifiable four-tier certificate (AI Strategist · Pattern Master · Growing Practitioner · Foundations Set). Approximately 12–15 hours of learning, self-paced over four weeks. Available in 11 languages.

Every certificate is verifiable at a public URL — for inclusion in CVs, training files, or audit submissions.

What you get as the buyer

A manager dashboard with magic-link sign-in, no password storage. Per-seat tracking, completion rates, average time-to-completion, anonymous cohort vulnerability distributions (so you can see which patterns your team is collectively most exposed to, without seeing individual scores).

Bulk CSV invite with per-row failure handling. You upload a list of email addresses; the system handles invitations, retries, and reporting back which ones bounced or were already enrolled.

Article 50-compliant export. Training records, certificate IDs, dates, languages, sectors, and learner pseudo-IDs — exportable as CSV or PDF for inclusion in your compliance file.

Audit trail. Every cert issued, revoked, seat reassigned, or learner data export is logged with timestamp and actor. Retained for seven years.

Sub-processor list and DPIA. Published and version-controlled. EU-resident infrastructure throughout (Cloudflare workers in EU edge, Neon Postgres in eu-west-2 London). UK GDPR-compliant. DSAR runbook in place with 24-hour acknowledgement and 30-day fulfilment.

A named point of contact for any team of 50+ seats, with 8-business-hour SLA on enquiries. Smaller teams use the same support channel as individual buyers (24-hour SLA on hello@everythingthreads.com).

How to get started

Most teams take one of two paths.

Pilot first. You buy 10 seats, run them through a small cohort of learners over four weeks, and see whether the course holds up against your team's actual work before committing to a wider rollout. This is the recommended path for teams new to AI literacy training.

Full deployment. You know the size of your team and the budget, and you want to launch organisation-wide. We onboard the team, configure the manager dashboard, run a kickoff call if you're at 50+ seats, and you're live within a week.

Either way, the next step is the same.

We respond within one business day. For teams of 50+ seats, we'll typically schedule a 30-minute call to understand your compliance context, your team's existing AI tool usage, and any sector-specific requirements before we quote.
